Year Round Enrollment Information

Vision Gymnastics offers continuous, year-round enrollment—no more re-registering each session! This convenient model eliminates the stress of losing your preferred class day or racing to secure a spot for the summer or fall.

Once your child is enrolled, she will remain in her designated class until one of the following occurs:

1) Student Advancement to a New Level

If your gymnast is invited to advance—whether due to age or skill development—Vision Gymnastics will notify you by email and assist in placing her in the appropriate class for her new level.

2) Student Needs a Class Schedule Change

Need a different class time? You can submit a transfer request through the app at any time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs based on class availability.

3) Vision Gymnastics Adjusts Schedule or Class Availability

Occasionally, we may modify the class schedule to better meet demand. If your child’s class is affected, we will contact you directly to assist with re-enrollment.

4) Student Taking a Break from Classes

If your student needs to take a break from classes, Vision Gymnastics requires a 30-day notice. To initiate the process, simply submit a Drop Enrollment Request through the app. The system will automatically calculate and set the final class date 30 days from the request. Tuition will be prorated accordingly based on that date
